No doubt you are aware already of a range of bosses there in the most mysterious and challenging dungeon of BFA – Uldir on the territory of Horde empire. Today we are going to share the whole information we have about the way how fight successfully with Uldir bosses and get the Uldir raid gear.
Interested? Let’s get started!
Meet the very first of Uldir Halls of Control bosses named Taloc. To win in this battle be ready for 3 stages of this phase.
The Bloody Puddles
The name speaks for itself as the most dangerous thing here is to get into those puddles made of blood. Whose blood is it and what kind of damage does it deal? Blood storm is a power that creates Bloody Puddles in the room of Taloc. The Blood Storm is a result of Plasma Discharge, the debuff that is put on a random player in the room. If you step into the puddle be ready to get damage every second.
Your tool to clean the room is Cudgel of Gore. Once Taloc gains 100% of energy, he deals damage within 150 yards. Cudgel of Gore inflicts damage on the players knocking them back for 30 yards.
The strategy is to move from one side to another and when Taloc uses Cudgel of Gore stay closer to the puddle. His most dangerous talent now is Retrieve Cudgel that gives damage and knocks everyone back.
When Taloc’s level of health decreases to 35% the second stage will start. No puddles but only one big on in the center. Taloc gets an ability to reduce damage up to 99% with help of Powered Down. Now you will see the minions and the elevator that will move up and down. The minions are of two types: Coalesced Blood – create blood puddles and Volatile Droplet who give damage and knock back the players. When the boss uses Defensive Beam – one of the most dangerous Uldir weapons, he gives the hardest damage of the stage.
When the elevator stops the more puddles will appear and the third stage will start. The difference from the first stage is that this room is bigger and the number of puddles increases as well. Use the same tactic as you followed with Plasma Discharge at the first stage.
This second boss is another one of the new raid bosses. To win you will need to go through 3 chambers as well. Once you face the boss the “timer” will start. This timer is the boss’s energy scale called Cleansing Purge. When the energy level reaches 100% the chamber where Mother is in will be purged which means the fire damage will be dealt. Wind Tunnel pushes you into the fire so you die. If you make the boss move all the time it will help you to go tough all 3 chambers. In the last one Mother will gain 100% of damage. Stay away from Sanitizing Strike with 50% damage. Once one of the players in the team steps over the blue barrier, the whole team gets damage with Defense Grid. Kill the mob Remnant of Corruption and prevent it from using Clinging Corruption.
In the second and third chamber you are under the threat of Defensive Beam which is the main tool of Uldir raid. Go through the hole it has and you are saved.
Fetit Devour is one of the World of Warcraft raid bosses whose mechanics is pretty simple. Simply follow our pieces of advice to use all your talents at best. There is only one room. The buff Trashing Terror gives 300% of damage to the nearest player. Malodorous Miasma gives damage for 18 seconds. Putrid Paroxysm inflicts damage for 6 seconds. Rotting Regurgitation is an ability that cones AoE once boss reaches 100% energy. The closer you are to the boss the lower effect of AoE is. At Mythic level, Fetit has one more ability – Shockwave Stomp that knocks back players despite the distance till the boss. When Fetit energy decrease till 50% he will have a help in face of Fetid Frenzy who will increase boss’s damage by 25%.
Vectis belongs to those WoW Uldir bosses who will not give you real problems. Pay attention at debuffs here. Omega Vector deals damage and infection like +5% to Nature damage. Gestate is debuff that boss use to give AoE damage to the nearest player. It’s better to gather all you Uldir armor sets and run away. Affliction deals Nature damage for 12 seconds.
At the second stage you will lose a chance to attack the boss in any way because he will transform into the blood puddle that will move all over the room and will give lingering damage that increases the Natura damage for 3% more. Every 8 seconds the bomb will explode dealing damage to the whole raid.
Zek’voz is a dangerous boss in WoW Uldir as he has a chance to use his abilities during the whole fight. Take a look at his main abilities which are Titan Spark – gives low and passive damage to a random player, Shatter – the damage increases up to 50%, Void Lash gives a high damage, especially when you move you get more of debuff stacks, Surging Darkness which is a void zone with an ability to explode. If you stay close to it you will catch a Void Lash for sure. Orb of Corruption is a sphere that falls on the ground and controls one of the players with Will of the Corruptor. This boss in Warcraft Uldir use his abilities on all 3 stages.
He is not like other WoW raid bosses as he was a prophet in the past. Meet him at 2 stages, one is more difficult than the previous one. The boss reaches 40% energy and starts to knockback the players in front of him while giving melee damage. The more energy the boss has the more stacks he gains. Every 5% of energy means 1 more stack. He uses debuff Corrupted Blood that inflicts shadow damage every 2 seconds plus stacks which last during the whole fighting. Phase 2 is much weaker for the boss, so take him there as soon as possible.
Mythrax, the Unreveler is a real warrior who comes back to his master as soon as the mission is complete and waits for another one. This Uldir WoW boss will make you think deeply about every step you make. 2 phases – 2 tasks. Stage 1 you fight the boss, stage 2 – his minions. There will be a lot of Annihilation stacks where each decreases health for 1%. Remove them with help of fragment orbs. At stage 2 the boss is protected from the damages. His minions spawn the random players. Kill them one by one to save your life here.
